i have also two EE applications in process and spoke to two seperate immigration lawyers about it and both have confirmed that it is possible and not illegal. i think that there is a lot of misinformation about immigration, laws ect in these forums :(

Same UCI for both. One account is linked to my bank account with RBC and the other one is linked to a GC key.

Acorrding to two immigration lawyers in BC I was able to apply under both categories and submit applications and there should not be any issues. what is your source for your statement?

I sublotted CEC and FSW and you don’t have to cancel one. You can have both applications in processing

I also applied under CEC in august 2021 after I applied under FSW Inland in April 2020. I didn’t withdraw my FSW application so it’ll be like a race between the 2! i spoke to an I,migration lawyer and they suggested keeping both application in and not to withdraw one

Nothing! So frustrating, my local MP has been calling IRCC every month and there has been so progress
