I am also august 29th applicant and goy my file transfered to Rome Vo since 4 January, nothing since then, it is sad to hear that you got no transfer yet but maybe your file is going to be processed in Canada and you shouldnt be worried. Wishing luck to all of you guys

It depends, our file has been transferred to Rome on January 04, 2019, they started processing January 15,2019( I see it on the second line of Ecas) No aor2. No update! Each case is different, plus from what I have seen Rome Vo handles applications from 5/6 countries and we do not know the way...

Its normal. From what I have seen to different threads on the forum each application is not the same. So they will for sure request medicals later on. P.s I personally have received medicals request before transfer to Vo but still have not receive biometric request( while I have paid biometric...

Probably most of us are at the stage where our file has been transferred to VO and no updates ( while we suffer waiting ) Best luck to all of us !

Well it doesnt mean that if the file is transferred to a Local Vo is complex. It is just a procedure I guess. Outland ones .

You have to provide police certificates for the countries that you have lived more than 6 months in the last five years and for the country you reside at the moment . As far as I know. You can search at www.cic.gc.ca for further info. Good luck

I am in the same situation. I am an august 2018 applicant and have paid the biometric fee since september , done medicals and my file is transfered to local VO but no biometric request yet. Cant explain the reason why. Guess we have to wait.

Me too, any ide what is that ? And do you both have Gckey account linked to the application ? And if yes this means that you receive all the correspodenses from IRRC there and not by mail/email ?
