Advice needed for wife who has had her hours reduced and is a PR.

Thanks for the advice. Upon her speaking to her employer, they are going to temporarily lay her off. She will continue to work from home doing the odd invoice here and there. Then, when she returns, she will recieve the hours she worked in a later paycheque. They want to ensure she gets the...

Shes getting 4 hours of work a week at home doing invoices. I'm sure the government will constitute that as a "layoff."

My apologies. I honestly had no idea. Was not trying to be rude at all, you'll have to excuse me for thinking that! Not my intention. So I tried to find what you said on the Government website and there is no mention of that at all. If you're not too mad at me (:P) can you provide a link to...

    ****OCTOBER 2019 Inland Spousal Sponsorship****

You need to relax and take a nice, long, deep breath. This happens to some people. There are even instances where people get their PR approved BEFORE their work permit (they were some of the first people approved actually). Remember, every application is unique. There was a time where everyone...

Does the IRCC send you an email when they state that they have transferred your file from Mississauga to Etobicoke? When we were sent our AIP, at the bottom of the email it said, "Sincerely, Case Processing Centre Mississauga" This was sent on August 8th.

    ***FEBRUARY 2019*** INLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

Nothing yet on my end. Feb 11 applicant. The Mexican police check was sent to the authorities on July 13th. I recieved AIP and DM on sponsors side but other than that, radio silence. The Mexico government is mind blowingly slow. But my wife and I anticipated that everyone would have their PR...

Police certificate Mexico - Constancia de Antecedentes Registrales

While waiting for the PC I have recieved a DM on sponsors side and AIP for PA (we received both a week ago). Is there a point in ordering notes still? We should have the PC sometime during the beginning of September. Can I order notes even if my wife and I are going through a consultant?

Congrats! What did the email say? What was the exact date they sent it to the IRCC? We have similar timelines. Yours was sent June 12th, mine July 12th. Seems to be about 40 business days. I wonder how long it takes for IRCC to acknowledge.. have you recieved AIP and SA yet?
