any update on mother's application ? I am in same situation. Father got passport request. For mother, her medical results are being reviewed.

You can always get the medical exam done in advance and provide the UMI# (it's a barcode provided on e medical information sheet) while filling the application for super visa. That will speed up the process. It is personal preference, some do it afterwards upon request. some do it in advance.

Father visa approved. Feb 24th Additional medical tests were requested for mother, waiting for reports.

No it won't impact the application. Destination travel and century 21 are some of the best companies out there.

I used secure travel. https://www.secure-travel.ca/ There are dozens of companies out there. Premium depends on the age of the parent and deductible you are going to select for the policy.

too soon for super visa.,wait till next year. Go for visitor visa instead. good amount of funds in parent's account is a plus point in your case.

Ask your mother to get a change of name affidavit along with newspaper cutting. Upload load all these documents when applying for her visa.

Yeah it is very rare to get visa approved for younger ones. Congrats for your parents though. so it took around 100 days for your parents . Is that correct ?
