Finally received my PPR yesterday !! AOR 18th September

Finally moved to IP2. Hoping to get the PPR by end of March !!

Exactly in the same situation and the same AOR date as well. I called them a month back and they told me that eligibility is met and nothing has started beyond that. I am expecting to see good movement in September applications by end of March or Mid April.

AOR - September 18th, 2018 IP1 - October 14th, 2018 IP2 - not yet done Date since Eligibility MET - Nov 7th, 2018 Days completed since AOR - 166 days VO - Ottawa

The process time for them is longer but once they received the ITA it's faster for PNP cases than FSW-O cases for a same AOR

Is there anyone still in IP1 from September. My AOR is 18th and my application hasn't moved since Medicals in October.

You need to send your passport to visa office which they mentioned in your email. Congratulations !!

Basically passport request is for issuing the Confirmation of Permanent Residency (COPR) and put a stamp on your passport. That technically ends your PR journey and you are ready to travel to Canada

Exactly same as mine. My AOR is 18th September. I called them and the agent told me that the eligibility is met but the background check hasn't begun yet. I think we need to wait until end of this month to see some progress. I hope we all get PPRs before end of this month.

September is still in 4 month timeframe, September applicants still have 2 more months to go !

My AOR is Sept 18. I called CIC and the agent told me that that eligibility is met but the background check hasn't started yet. I know January 18th is the 4th month but I see the September applications moving, but they are moving dead slow for some reason.

I have a similar timeline. What is your country of residence and how many PCCs do you have ?

I think it's just a generic message which automatically appears on all accounts once the applications cross certain timeframe.

Call CIC and make sure that you get the correct information.
