I also contacted my processing office (Winnipeg) and they told me:

I think Vancouver but the ceremony will be handled from the Winnipeg location.

My LPP was updated today to complete. It took approximately three weeks from Background check completion to LPP completion. Check my signature for more info.

I am wondering, for people that applied in August 2021, and they have an enhanced screening, how long after the background completion did they get LPP completed?

It's so interesting some people have the background check completed months before LPP. Even before the citizenship test, where we are on a different path.

Yea this seems to be the case. If you pass the background check (after you have passed the citizenship test) it takes them 3-4 weeks to update the LPP and it takes them 1 more month to send the Oathj Ceremony email. So best case scenario we take an oath about 3 months after the background is...
