I raised a webform to change my address and phone number. Didn't get any acknowledgement from then but it was updated as I saw in the gcms notes. Sorry I cannot comment if you have submitted additional documents in response to an ADR. Maybe someone else can help you.

What do you mean by that? Do you mean to say additional verifactions after you received your PPR and submitted your passport?

The delay could be because there is HUGE backlog of people who got ITAs since July 2018. Many people are still waiting for their PPRs.
