Hello guys, I have applied for study visa and got my biometrics acknowledgment and after few minutes I got my application approved. But still the background check and eligibility is under review. Is that normal?

I a I gave it on 4th june. medicals passed on 10th june. From day one the background check shows it is being processed we will send you a message if we need more info.

I see biometrics details in the small box where UCI number is mentioned. Under biometrics section it shows we do not need biometrics. My bg is says. It is in process. we will send a message if we need more info but review of eligibility not yet started

I have filed my visa under SDS and it says it takes 20 calendar days
