requested on October 1st and CBSA released the notes in CD on October 30th and received it in the mail 10 days later I never had delays with any of the notes I requested from all IRCC, CSIS, and CBSA, however, CBSA is the most informative notes

same here. comprehensive security screening as per Cbsa notes 299 days

yes!! this whole process is mind-boggling, I'm a single applicant with a very short travel history and yet closing in the 10th month
