Hello, thanks alot for your replay. yes i got this message sent by email but the application start with X (XEP00XXXXX) and my status via CIC is open and remaining fields with "not started" i tried as you mentioned via ecase but no data found. any clue for this?

I don't know but for me i'm outland and my file received on 12 May and till now no news, I exceeded the one month :( but let's hope we receive it soon.
