That's way too long, I always receive mine before 30days mark, are you sure u ordered the right documents? Because if u ordered the wrong set of documents you won't receive anything, try and order again & choose the one that includes " office rejection notes & stuff like that"

No I didn't use Web mail, no Local MP what I did was ordering my notes every 3months after 10months of processing. I hope that helps you a little my friend?

I got a letter for interview today I don't know if it's a landing interview or Relationship interview the letter just say Call in Notice & ask to bring passport and says spouse has to accompany me.

Me too August 16 applicant's but I got Pre-Arrival Service letter last week, I don't know if its a good sign or not

I called the call center agent to know where my file was because it was in Montreal before and London is my local office because I live there

My file was transferred to London ON as well but I'm not worried about it when they're done with it they will contact us

Mine application is “Family sponsorship” yours is “study permit” you can call them and use that dialing options 2-1-1-0 to speak to cic agents

But I don’t think in your case you need to talk to them anymore, you can re-apply and state your case in separate sheet of paper

What did you apply for? I always get lucky anytime I called them, 1(888)-242-2100, when you call them use this options 2-1-1-0 it worked for me but it depends on the kind of application though.

I applied August 16 too nothing yet, I called cic they told me everything is done but it hasn't been printed yet, I don't know what that means!
