Dear Attak..am in a similar situation like urs...all i do now is pervently pray..the waiting time i hear of is a killer to me...my advice to u is to pray, n pray with ur spouse. U cant help living with her now bc of the baby wc i think is very normal for a new mother to b with her mom...n it...

Thks soo much for ur reply...unfortunately when i applied for my extension n owp it was sent bk to me for not paying the correct fee..n wn i did it the 2nd time i was told i couldnt get it bc am out of status

Also i when i didnt kno of the 90 day extension period..wn i applied for an extension of stay n owp..i was informed i was out of status..:(:(:(:(:(...its frustrating stay at home waiting for more that a yr..
