Hi My partner submitted his driving extract and passed the knowledge test in December. We couldn't find any road test appointments due to covid but we were able to book a spot on the 11th Feb in a region far away from our current region. My question is, would he still be able to take the test? I...

Applying for jobs post COPR FROM INDIA

Ok now that it's already done, is there a point to these questions and back and forth? If I didn't make it clear already, I quit in DEC and wanted to be in Canada by March. It's now June. Borders were closed right before I was about to leave. Hence my original post.

The thing is, it looks like he doesn't know when the security will start. The initial mail was sent two weeks ago and we haven't heard from CIC since. We are going to be ordering GCMS notes. But so far, none of the channels have given us a realistic picture of what's happening behind the scenes.

I got this response from Ralph just now It means eligibility isn’t finalized, but it looks positive. Criminality has not started - so it has not passed. Feel free to request another update Oct 9, 2019. Don't know what it means but sure looks like nothing has moved.

Eligibility is in progress – recommend pass. Criminality and security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available. What is the meaning of this in Ralph's notes?
