They are indeed signing them. Had my oath today and the person that checked my IDs said they would wait for my signed oath form so they could sign it and generate the e-certificate.

I received the notice to appear on the 12th for the oath on the 28th. Make sure it's not on your spam folder. Other than that you can maybe try to call them or email Mississauga office directly? Good luck!

That's correct, about a month. The response was fairly generic, similar to what you mentioned: "Your application is in the queue to be rescheduled for a ceremony and we cannot provide you with a specific time frame.".

Sometimes I fear that calling/emailing might make them move our application back in line, lol. Did you try your MP?

Ugh, that's ridiculous. I had to miss mine on July 31st and they only responded, in red letters, my 3rd email asking to reschedule. Still waiting for a new date too.

Actually I think I'm mixing things, nevermind. I did manage to create a tracker account at https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en which requires the AOR. I just don't know where it is, lol. Not that it gets any better, nothing has changed in the tracker since July 27th.
