Simply state whatever you've written above - refused visitor visa to USA in 2010. Don't worry, rejection of visitor visas, especially to USA and Canada, is pretty common.

Hi i checked ircc website. They issue UCI in 0000-0000 or 00-0000-0000 format. This makes me sure that visitor visa UCI is the correct one that needs to be quoted in EE profile. Let me know your thoughts on this.

Thanks for your inputs! However, if i accept this ITA, would it not amount to misrepresentation? I mean as on date of receiving this ita, my crs was below the cutoff so technically i shouldn't have got the ita in this round. Do i need to mention this in LOE?
