It is true that signed Copr copy is required at citizenship time , may be the email itself be treated as copr . But yes it is unclear as of now.

I did not get bio request for my mother as she is 80+. If your parents are 78+ then bio may not be required

Congrats and end of a long wait. What did you mention in web form communication . We got out counter foil number allocated last week but yet to receive passport or any other document. Should we follow up ? I had sent the passport on March 17. regards

my mothers status in myCIC has been changed to APPROVED today. She is currently in Canada on Visitor Visas. Passport sent on 16 March Passport delivered to Ottawa - 19 March Approved in myCIC - 12 May Passport yet to be received with COPR

Yes . It appears that in PA application my email.id was mentioned incorrectly.

Hi Robert, I have not received PPR till date . However I contacted IRCC and was advised that an email had been sent to a wrong email.id. Today I sent them correct email id through web form. Hope to see the PPR soon. Thanks for asking
