Brother I think your lawyer is not professional because at the end of hearing the lawyer gives his submission to the judge with country condition and it’s his duty to make sure all docs are translated in English,my guess that you might have used Legal aid Lawyer!Which country r u from?

Hi! How did u chk with IRB about ur decision ?I am waiting for my decision since 17th Sep... didn’t recieve anything yet! Plz let me know the way to chk the hearing decision status with IRB

No Decision was given after hearing only was told to wait for the decision

I was told at the end of hearing that the Decision letter will be mailed with in 6-8 weeks, Almost 8 weeks over but not recieved any thing yet.
