    I am living in USA on H1B. Indian Citizen. Not holding Canada PR. Is Canada allowing H1B stamping to 3rd country nationals ? This would be my 3rd stamping on H1B. Past two i have done it in India. Wondering if anyone recently booked H1B stamping appointment in Canada? Thanks

    Applying for Canada Visitor Visa with Expired H1b Stamping/ Valid I797

    In the same boat, expired H1B stamp, Valid I797 but IRCC portal is not accepting H1B (I797) approval number. In that case I guess I have to select "NO" here in this Question: "Do you currently hold a valid U.S. nonimmigrant visa ?"

    Thanks for your response !! So using AVR won't harm anything on next stamping in home country? Is that correct? Have you used AVR in the past and went for Stamping after that ?
