Well as for the 100% Complete bar I think it is system update or something. I am still under security check and I have the same 100% progress, too. Have you tried applying GCMS notes or calling IRCC? If you haven't I really recommend you go ahead and give it a shot.

Hi guys, I submitted CVs/Resumes on November 19th and the agent told me both PA&DEP were under security check. Yesterday I made a phone call again and confirmed that security is still going on...Am I in comprehensive security screening now? Anybody can help? Thanks!

Hi, I ordered notes 2 times several months ago but got nothing back...called agent only to confirm my security started last week. People told me not receiving notes was definitely signal of security screening but in my case it was not... It just don't make sense!:(

I called IRCC today and agent told me that eligibility/medical/criminality passed, background check in progress and security started Nov. 19th, the day I summited detailed cv/resume.o_O
