Yes PCC from home country needs to be submitted by default. I made the mistake of not submitting it in the beginning and they requested for one after 6 months delaying my application even further. And make sure you apply for PCC as per IRCC instructions.

Try calling the customer service for IRCC and ask them the status for medical, eligibility, security and criminality. They will tell you if its all completed or in progress. Did you show proof of funds initially when submitting your EE application?

You can get the rental agreement as proof of address. I had a similar issue as I dint have any proof of address here. Luckily my bank account is in the Bangalore address so I got a photo pass book from the bank and I was able to use that as Proof of Address. The cop did make some fuss about the...
