I was wondering if there is any exemption from Govt for RO due to covid. Most of us could not travel for almost 2 years due to travel bans. If we do not meet 2 yr RO , will our PR cards still be renewed. Any advice would be highly appreciated

In my case dual citizenship is not allowed for sure... i was planning to go to india and then apply for passport from India... i will ask my friend to get the certificate to india when he is coming
