    Hello, I became a PR on Sept 1st and I sent my photo and COPR to Etobicoke on Sept 9th. I was able to link PR card application to my GCKEY profile. It still says submitted even though the package got delivered in September 10th. any idea as to how long they would take to process my PR card?

    Direct CoPR without PPR in CIC Account

    If the letter's first paragraph has : "Congratulations, you are now a permanent resident of Canada" then you are good to go, you don't need to send your passport. Just send this letter and a photo to the address mentioned on top of the letter!
