Hi Guys, I have made the request in Panjab University on 4th Oct under the normal post by the university itself (Speed Post I guess), It 28 Nov and still transcripts haven't received by WES. Is the delay caused by labor disruption in Canada Post? What is the normal timeline under speed post send?
