I sent it on the 10th, but it was received on the 12th in Ottawa and my status on GC Key changed to 'approved' on the 29th. It seems like they send them out and update the approvals in batches, at the end of the week (Friday or Saturday) so maybe that'll be the case for yours :)

I think the amendment pages would be the last few pages (maybe page 27?) in American passports, and I think a name change or something would be a reason to have something on there. Mine were blank, so I just submitted the bio page (with the photo on it).

I'm not sure actually, it could end up going to your wife since she's your rep. I never designated my husband as my rep, but he did get a few emails because his email was the one we connected to GC Key. I would keep an eye on both emails just in case.
