I am not sure if anyone is eligible. I have not stated in any off my replies. I am not trying to provide any false information. That is why I want people to call cra about their individual cases instead of getting any false information here and getting misguided.

If cra call center may provide false information then it can be challenged easily as you know all the calls are recorded. If a person follows up with cra and takes a step which turns out to be false information then the person is not at fault.

Yes of course they have not lost their job. But they are not able to continue their work either due to covid-19 reasons. Are you implying that calling cra to determine eligibility is not good enough because i can’t seem to find a more appropriate agency or a person to talk to about this situation.

They go for review required if they have a doubt even if u have submitted all the documents. Apply for GCMS notes they can guide u. RR cases are always hard. Its not a negative but most of the time u need some additional documents or provide them with more clarification about ur jobs.

I will apply in January so that I can get extra 2-3 months. I don’t want to apply now and loose that time and only hope. In case reject the work permit saying you will receive an update before your work permit expires.
