Yes they have "extended hours". I had my interview there on a thursday this october at 5:15 pm. It even says in the letter "during extended hours" and there were still a few couples in there

Could the PA send both applications at the same time? I know for PR and restoration you could send both but maybe these have to be 2 separate applications? OP, make sure you are within the 90 days restoration window or you'll have more issues on hand

Make sure you send to the appropriate address if using a courier. When I applied in December 2019, there was a different receiving address for canada post etc. and a different address for purolator etc.
