Information is sent out by electronic response - it is no longer paper mail. Sometimes this is just updated on the portal and you may not get emails about it. How do you put the details under your message like you have done? Is it in the signature options? I could not find it.

Well I am going to call it 4 months since I did mail it in December last week but I guess they don't see it that way due to new year holiday and other things. I am just happy the wait is done, now just routine mailing delay and stuff... I hope she will be here in May!

Is the GCKey the same as when you login using your bank account? Or is that different?

That didnt work either... I am sure these are the correct methods of doing it. Just not sure why it would not work. I am glad at least using her information something shows. But I am a bit paranoid about the fact that I am seeing lesser information than what I should be seeing.

When I (I am the sponsor) enter my data in along with the UCI I have or the receipt number, nothing pulls up. When I use my wife's (the PA) information, information pertaining to her does pull up. Why is this?
