I have exactly the same status from 18th June. GCMS says Final: approved. RFV. AOR: 01st Feb. CEC inland. Still waiting for the copr. What is the detail in your note1 in GCMS ?

Is it showing on your cic account ? In my case I called cic agent and they also confirmed me that my pr application has been approved, will get copr in few days. But it's not reflecting on my cic acccount.
