More than a month since DM, but no PPR. What’s taking so long? Could it be that background check/security clearance is still happening or something?

June 2018 applicant as well. ECAS has shown DM since April, but no PPR yet :/

Biometrics is only required for August 2018 applicants onwards I believe. If you didn’t receive a biometrics letter, then you don’t need to submit them.

They’re processing your background check which means PPR is on the way! Some people don’t receive pre-arrival letter before it, so don’t worry about it.

I think this is how you do it according to Pakistani schooling system: -Elementary/Primary school should be first 10 years of education -secondary or high school should be ur intermediate certificate (2 years) -university/college will be 4 years (whatever bachelors program you graduated with)

Don’t worry, they may disregard asking for a new one completely or just request it before background check.

Don’t worry, it can take up to 6 months for file transfer.

Is it possible to apply for an extension on an additional document request? My cousin got a request for police clearance from the UK, but we don’t think it’ll reach us before the 30 day time period given.

When you complete schedule A they will ask you what you were doing for that period of time in that place. Don’t worry about including pictures, just provide them with what they ask for.

I think most files are transferred within 3-4 months of applying. I applied in june, and my file was transferred in November.
