I am in the same boat as you, went through the same long process for PR as well...so it is disappointing when you see so much inefficiency and inconsistency within the applications from the same province. Not sure if you have seen previous forums dating back to March 2018! those Mississauga...

I also feel the spread sheet doesn't get updated as much. Could those who are admins let us know if they need volunteers? or inform us if they are leaving the forum as there won't be a need for those who receive their citizenship to check back here often!
