I received Pre-arrival services letter before the lockdown on March 2, 2020. And nothing after that... I believe you will be receiving Medical and Pre-Arrival letters together. Fingers crossed!

Yes. I am And waiting to leave asap...i received pre arrival on 3-3-2020. It’s strange though. I thought people receive this letter at a later stage, after doing the medicals. Fingers crossed.
