I guess all September AORs will get PPRs in March 2019. Just a thought. My friend who applied in June got PPR at November end which is greater than 5 months. But considering the Christmas vacation and new year vacations I guess 6 months in minimum that it would take to get PPRs for September...

I never heard IRCC giving calls to applicants. They always send any communication through email. Still you can call CIC and confirm.
