How can we be so certain that there would be a FSW draw in the next week? I mean last year they took around 14 days to Issue a normal draw after a FST draw. Worst case scenario people if there is a draw on the 29th of May what do You guys think the cut off would be?

I’ve spoken to CES multiple times and they confirmed that provisional certificate is accepted for an ECA for immigration purposes. I have applied for my masters credential Assesment from CES currently in the pool at 447.
