My card was mail to me on 28 nov still not here. Am in Halifax,N.S Hopefully it come soon

My application shows complete and card is send by mail nov 28. Till date nothing came. Dose this mean it will come directly to my mail or I have to go pick it up. How will we know if it’s coming by mail or we have to pick it up dose it show different msg.
