Usually the ECAS would already be at 'Decision Made' if you hear approved on the automated phone system. The return tracking number takes at least 1-2 days (sometimes more) to get activated after the application gets approved on GCKey.

Check your GCkey it should have changed to 'Approved' !

Yes Decision Made is for ECAS , while the Approved status is for GCKey.
