    That is not enough. I called 1 whole week at least 50 + times and just got through 1 time. Luckily that agent was a very polite and helpful lady. Try calling from 5.50 PM IST you will eventually get through.

    Mine is Nov 23 "IP2", Ottawa. Friday I got a chance to talk to an agent. She told me my eligibility, criminality and security is over. Did you get any chance to talk to an agent. I hope the email comes fast. My 6 months will be competed on Feb 8th.
