File was transferred to NDVO on Sept 7 and they started processing on Sept 18. As per gc key background check is still under process. Sometimes they don't update gc key or ecas but I got pre-arrival and DM so I believe its just a matter of updating it on the system

Got DM today! Here is my timeline: App Received: April 12 AOR 1: May 18 SA: May 31 Med Req: May 30 File Transfer to NDVO: Sept 7 AOR 2: Sept 18 Med Passed: Dec 3 Pre-Arrival: Nov 29 DM: Dec 18 PPR: Waiting

This is before pre-arrival. Sorry I forgot to mention they requested this information back in June but GC Key status changed to "Not applicable" today and that's what I was wondering if this is normal?

Yes they did ask me to submit one of the forms again requesting education information from grade 5 to 12 (for my wife). I had previously included her bachelors degree information only. I consulted a lawyer at that time and she said usually they shouldn't ask for this information as my wife...

Quick question - under GC Key I got the following update this morning Review of additional documents changed from "We need additional documents to process your application. We will send you a letter or email with details" to "Not applicable" Is this normal?

I received pre-arrival on the same day as you. PA is in India. No updates since then Usually Tuesday mornings we get an update from NDVO. I also understand NDVO is busy with student applications Wait till Jan (another 20 days). Hopefully we'll get good news in the new year :)

Yeah I got pre-arrival on Nov 30. No DM, no PPR after that

I believe NDVO is busy these days with student applications for Winter term and we all will start getting updates once we hit January. I remember a lot of people got pre-arrival/DM/PPR starting Sept once NDVO was done with Fall student intake

I got a ghost update on GC Key last night. Did anyone else see 'application updated' on GC Key recently but with no actual update on the file? App submitted: April 12 Transferred to ndvo: Sept 7

Congrats! My file was also transferred to NDVO on Sept 7 and they started processing on Sept 18, so hopefully I'll get DM soon
