After AOR, received BIL yesterday, eligibility completed for both sponsor and PA, PA received pre arrival services letter? Does it mean sponsor eligibility is completed? When should sponsor expect Approval in Principal letter(First stage approval)?

After receiving AOR, do we get BIL only after determining Sponsor and PR eligibility?

Will they determine Sponsor and PA eligibility before sending BIL letter?

Even in PA tracker it shows the old date and mentions application received, fees received, IMM0008 received etc.

How long is it taking to get a decision on OWP?

After AOR, the status in my(Sponsor) PR tracker is still shown as "Application Received" with my application date. Nothing other than that Is it same for all?
