I applied on December 17, 2020 too and still no PPR. What documents did you submit to expedite?

I am not talking bout airline reservations as proof, I am talking about extreme situations such as the death of someone as proof, they require death certificates.

Yea IRCC is just taking advantage of the situation that we can't do anything and are helpless. I was very hopeful about this week too but sadly their service is just pathetic. There are so many emergency situations which can occur and not every emergency has a proof which we can submit to fast...

Yes I emailed the High Commission of Canada in my home country and they said my visa can be printed and stamped over there.

I will be staying there for 2 months (60 days). So I think by that time i will receive the PPR there.

I have sent multiple webforms but didn't get any response. I know we can submit passport at VAC in the home country. I am just worried about the PPR that's it. Because the moment I exit Canada, IRCC will know.

I know this is a wrong thread for my question but I just want to know that does a person has to be in Canada to receive passport request for TRV or Can a person travel back to their home country and receive the Passport Request? It will be a great help if anyone answers this or share their...

Does anyone know if you have to remain in Canada until you receive passport request? Or Can I travel back to Pakistan and receive my passport request there?

PPR doesn’t mention any specific office on it. It can be used to submit your passport in any country.

No it hasn’t started yet. I have logged in to my account more than 10 times since morning.

Any Updates? I applied on 17th December, got Submission Confirmation on 4th February and after that no updates at all.

Because I am thinking when I get the PPR I'll travel to Pakistan as I dont wanna submit my passport here for stamping because there is no guarantee I'll get it back on time.

Did Ottawa gave you any response that you can submit your passport at local VFS for stamping?
