I was able to link my application with GC key in the same day (May 4) when I saw "incomplete application" on my pr portal. I didn't receive any notification from IRCC but had AOR as soon as I linked my application on GC key.

Hi guys, I submitted my renewal application online on March 6 and still no updates on my pr portal. I called IRCC today and they said they are processing applications from February 3. If there's any March applicants, let's share our timeline and hopefully the info above helps anyone.

No, I saw "Complete" on ecas in this morning. You may contact with call center and check what did your "DM" mean. I contacted with them and they told me that they have approved my application and sent out to card production center in November 5th.
