For me, it says my eligibility was passed in August but security hasn't started yet. I am curious to understand exactly what 'eligibility' means if security hasn't even bee done.... Hoping that security doesn't take aaaaages but I feel from other posts that it could! Any ideas?

So did you get notification that your file was trasferred to Havana before the medical request? My husband did his medical exam at the beginning of December and we still haven't heard the results or if the file has been transferred. As far as I know, it's still in Canada!

I'm not totally sure...I am working with an immigration consultant and she has been advising me on everything. She says the sponsorship approval decision is done in Mississauga. I hope that's accurate!
