yes 3 to 5 working days you will get a sms to your mobile number when they forward to Local visa office( High Commission ) to VFS global , If you are in Colombo Residency go and ask directly.

Interview wavier some cases they conduct a interview depends on their Marriage genunity. If you received Pre Arrival letter they don't conduct any interviews

Mostly they will take two to Three working days after changing ECAS status . Once change your status they will send E. mail to your account , Check your mail in frequently.If you have a GC Key Account they will send PPR too.My Concern Your Work is almost over you will get passport request soon...
