can un-finished PhD degree be considered as master

You need to talk to your department or grad school to figure out the policy. Some institutes, such as Columbia GSAS, allow PhD students who satisfy the requirements to get their MA degrees while they are still working towards their doctorates.

Job office location in a residential area - Is that a problem ??

It's been a while since I applied and I'm not sure whether the requirements have changed. But if you can still submit a letter of explanation, you can always write something and include other supporting documents in the letter Get reasonably creative -- for example, in addition to the written...

Job office location in a residential area - Is that a problem ??

In some countries it is illegal to run a business in a residential area, while in others it may not be. If your case belongs to the latter, maybe write a LoE and submit relevant documents as proof? It might worth a try unless you have other work experiences.

Thx. I don't think mine was approved until now. Right around the pandemic outbreak in March 2020, my eligibility was recommended pass while the criminality & security did not start. Hope this helps.

    Getting PR with Criminal History

Although his case was dismissed (i.e., not convicted), he might need to disclose the arrest on the statutory question, which may slow the application process (since the IRCC can request more information). ,You might want to gather the official documents as proof just in case...

Missing LoE AFTER application submission (despite upload)

They had it. If you can see it in your checklist on my CIC after refreshing the page several times, you should be fine. It seems that the agent cannot see the file name, which is why s/he replied that the file wasn't received.

    Thank you >>>>>>>>> Legalfalcon <<<<<<<<<<<

I see, and by "explaining this", do you mean I can state how fare evasion is punished in NY in my response? Also, would you recommend that I get the disposition? (even though it can only prove that I paid the fine in full, which I can already do using my credit card statement.) Thank you.

    Thank you >>>>>>>>> Legalfalcon <<<<<<<<<<<

Hi @legalfalcon Thank you. It happened in New York. From what I know, fare evasion can be punished either by civil penalty (fine of $100) or a class A misdemeanor in NY. I received the former, which was handled by the transit bureau (not even the civil court). My FBI PCC has no criminal record...

Hi @legalfalcon I got a civil transit violation ticket previously, and was stopped for a few minutes on the street to receive that ticket. In my e-APR, I answered YES to the statutory question of "Has XXX been detained, incarcerated or put in jail?", because I was not sure about the definition...

From what I know, this response means the security verification has not been initiated "inside the IRCC", but the external agencies may already work on it after the eligibility is passed. IRCC has to wait for the report in order to do the review/verification, which probably wouldn't take too...

    Noc 4012, counting work experience

I didn't talk about the salary you earned by working 8 hours, but the funding you received by working another 8 hours. You should read the response carefully.
