If you have the previous upfront medical document that you would have received from the doctor panel, it will have the IME number. You can check and provide the same to them.

we did not send any webform. it was updated 3 days after. so i guess, its not required.

Hi, Just raise a webform and update about the new job, date of leaving the last organization and DOJ for new org. Specifically emphasize on not claiming and points for the new job and no change in NOC. Also, that it does not impact the existing application in any way.
