I only gave first year fees and GIC 10000$, Does it affect as I don't provided any financial documents other than above. Does it affect on visa or not?

My visa file status is WE ARE REVIEWING YOUR VISA IF WE NEED ANY DOCUMENTS WE WILL SEND YOU A MESSAGE, Does it means it is gone for reviewing or not? Medical test passed.
