Hi everyone, can someone please advise how long does it take to get the AIP after SA, we received SA on Nov 7. On ECAS it says DM on both sides.

We received DM on both sides Nov 2 and SA e-mailed to me on Nov 7. We haven't even received AIP as yet.

We did, but only received SA so far.

Has anyone gotten decision made before getting SA? We received on ECAS DM on Nov 2 and on Nov 7 I got an email with SA.

Did not get either of those too.

We called, sent follow up, even got our MP's office involved. They kept saying that they are doing background checks. Only saw on ECAS on Nov 2 that it's changed to decision made. we are now waiting for the decision. smh

Applied on Feb 24, 2017, only received DM on Nov 2... still waiting to see what decision was made

Send them a detailed file inquiry, that what I did also contact your MP's office and have them inquire as well

Thanks but it took forever to get here. Our last correspondence from them was on June 8, 2017

We received this weekend too for inland sponsor, but ours says on both sides decision made. Now we have to do the waiting game for the letter or e-mail to come.

I ordered the GCMS notes last week. Current wait time is 30 days. MPP office says to check in with them end of Nov, whilst the MP will be giving a letter of support before end of week. We’re caught between a rock and a hard place... smh

I did, cic is telling them the same thing re: background check. I’ve also contacted my MP for a letter of support.
