Thankyou.! The actually problem is that when asked a immigration lawyer in canada she asked him to cancel the trv and again apply from india.! So this is the reason i am confused.! Now ll ask to to cancel and travel india and wait for trv.!

Ok so he can just request for decision and travel to india and when asked for stamping he can submit here in india visa office right.! Later it wont be any problem right!. Because he has his tickt to india on this sunday so he can travel !

The final question :- In the IRCC web form what do he have to request for.? I mean requesting that he is travelling india and gonna give there for stamping or what exactly should he request in that webform ! Please let me know.!
