I’d go further, you know, I’d say there’s no point in calling them at all, as they never give any useful information apart from what you already know! At least it was like that to me. I’ve called them three times and in all of them they said they’re doing my background check. Not even to tell...

That’s maybe because when April comes, they’ll tell people to wait until June and so on and so forth. Then when eventually people get their PPR, it would’ve been within the timeframe provided, hence making them looking efficient, when in fact we all now they were not!!!

I’ve called them twice and normally on the 10th attempt I was placed in queue, which takes about 25~ 30 min.... You have to be VERY persistent and take at least 1 hour to work on calling them! It’s a tough task, I know!
