ECAS says they sent the certificate on April 3d. It still has not shown up in our mailbox. I see a couple of other people as well as experiencing the same issue.

There's an update on my daughter's profile on ECAS We started processing your application on April 2, 2020. And it says decision made. But it doesn't say what the decision is. Application sent Jan 27, AOR April 1st.

That means I'm a month away from getting AOR. First time applying for proof of citizenship for my daughter.

I think on the 27th. Are you looking to travel? Because you don't need it if you're not leaving Canada.

Oh and how did you find out? They never got in touch with us. We called them and asked them why it was taking so long. Apparently it was sitting there for like a month until we called. We didn't care about it because my wife didn't need a visa to enter Canada so we just kept using her passport...

No idea. I threw away the envelope. Why did they have to send it the second time?

The answer to your question is in the comment you quoted. She landed on Nov 22, and they sent the PR card to the wrong address. So they had to send it again.

Received PR Card today. The wife landed Nov 22. But the card was sent to the wrong address. They had to send it again.

My guess is, it is up to 6 weeks for them to mail it out again. Not sure tho.
