Is it true that some people aren't receiving updates on the application until they link it to a NEW GC account?

processing is so weird, I applied at 12:22 and I have AOR since July 26th

i submitted my TR to PR at 12:22pm EST, i got my AOR on July 26th and all the documents are upfront and completed correctly. is it possible for someone who submitted an application after me to receive eCOPR before me?

is IRCC answering the phone these days? or is it only the automated machine talking about Afghanistan?

I guess it depends if you application was processed by the end of june or not. I am not sure about the refund tho.

If it is 3pm EST, then for sure you can't link your application. I submitted mine at 12:22 EST and still nothing.

They removed the requirement to upload both sides of the photo.

I guess because applicants faced problems uploading the front and back side of the photo

How did you provide both the front and back sides of the photograph? did you submit is as a PDF?

Wet signatures are not required on the forms except "use of representative". all should be electronically signed.
